Knowing and Sharing the Love of Christ   Sunday, August 17, 2008 Welcome to Rock Springs. I pray God has blessed you and your family this week. I urge you to continue praying for the ones who are sick, those who have lost loved ones, and the new teachers who have been teaching this past year as well as the one who will step into those roles in September. There is always something or someone in need of prayer. All we need to do is listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Since school has began I am sure many of you are facing new challenges and trials with getting back into the daily grind. I want to urge each of you to remember to take time out of you schedule for worship, daily. When we fail to make time for God we find the same results as when we do not make time for our spouse or children, we begin to grow apart and find ourselves alienated from each other. We move away from God when we fail to spend quality time in pray and meditation with Him. When we do spend our time to worship, we find a peace and comfort that only he can bring. Spend some time with Jesus today. Bro.
